The main material of our products is cold rolled steel.

 2. ow is the goods being packed?
Export standard carton, wooden or steel pallet is available.

We accept TT ,if the customer want use other ,we can try .

3. What kind of surface treatment do you provide for your goods?powder coating and chrome and zinc are available. 

4. What is the loading capacity?In general, we have light duty(60~150kg) model, medium duty(150~300kg) model and heavy duty(500-1000kg) model available for your reference.

 6.  I’m not sure about your product, can you send me sample for reference?
Our standard product samples are free of charge except for the freight fee.
For customized products, sample fee as well as the freight fee are charged.

 7.  I like your design, but couldnt find the right model from the products catalog, is custom size available?
Yes, we are good at producing products according to your design.

 8. I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
Yes, we can go with your customized design, no matter small or big qty. However, pls understand the cost will be different.

 9. What should I do if the products have any quality problems?

2. Uprights packing by bubble foam or paper slip,layerboards packing in carton, each parts packed separated       +for key words 

3. Help you to print shipping marks and logos on the cartons.

4. Packing details as customized.

1. Loading port: Shanghai, china main port.

2. Sample delivery: 7-10days 

3. Mass production delivery:20-25days for one 20’GP,30days for one 40’HQ.
